Business Machines Systems (M) Sdn Bhd is a distributor of Banking and Office equipment. Established in 1973, the company had its beginnings in marketing safes, banking and currency machines. In time, BMS expanded to include office equipment from numerous international agencies, namely Intimus, Martin Yale, and the Acco Brands stable, thereby thrusting our move further into the print finishing business.

From a humble set up of a handful of people, the company has grown to a workforce of more than 50 employees. Being in the business for over 50 years, we recognize the importance of quality products and efficient service. As such, BMS has an extensive technical team to ensure efficient support nationwide. Its team of almost 20 technical staff covers Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia, in an effort to provide the best technical support available. Our dynamic and dedicated sales team is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our customers receives the best attention and always ready to offer the best service to our customers.

What We Do

Today, BMS specializes in marketing products from all over the world, namely Japan, Korea Europe and the United States. Our partnerships with various manufacturers span a wide range of banking and office equipment, which now also include Print Finishing Solutions and Secure Information Erase & Data Destruction Solutions. Most of these relationships were established more than 50 years ago with the founding of the company.
